I've got the color/RGB Philips Hue bulbs indoors and I find you can change them to a nice warm yellow color which is nice but they also can be changed to act like a candle. These are Christmas light specific - but Tru-Tone makes LED bulbs that look like filament bulbs: https://www.tru-tone.com/ https://www.tru-tone.com/. I've just ordered some so I'll update this comment once I've had a look.
