this was solved 30 years ago by an important socio-technical invention called the FAQ, used together with a social convention of not elevating or rewarding vexatious messages.
- worthless-trash 3y agoA solution was proposed, the problem was never solved because people generally don't read or believe that social convention doesn't apply to them in this situation.
