Software error, nothing anyone could possibly be responsible for. Getting hacked and all your customers data stolen (because you don't follow basic security best practices)? Well that just happens, just like a taiphoon or earthquake, nothing anyone could've done about this. But bonus points for demanding the government do something about those hacker gangs.
