EXoDOS 6 released – the most thorough DOS preservation project
- tetrisgm 3y agoeXoDOS includes every DOS game ever found, manual scans, additional media to contextualize the games. It supports every build of every game. There are ready-made setups so you don't have to worry about config.sys/autoexec.bat or installers. It supports every SKU of a game, from CGA to SVGA, and every sound card. You want to hear the Gravis Ultrasound version of a game? You can. It's probably the most impressive preservation effort I've seen for games, after the Internet Archive. The team has spent years refining this release.
