It claims RealPages went to the point of attempting to coordinate lease start/end timing across landlords to prevent oversupply, and having daily pricing calls with their customers where they pressure them not to deviate from the algorithmic suggested price. That's in addition to using non-public rental and pricing data from its customers to calculate the algorithmic price in the first place.
