    Nah, I would have been in favor of prosecuting them and never letting the company name be used again, cancel their patents, etc. Same for all the complicit companies. Others can learn from that, but the ones complicit? No way.

      Then we need a lot of new names for companies. Patents are a lot more complicated matter. IBM is just the most prominent one
