It's a face transplant, not surgery to make someone else's face look like his. Of course it doesn't look natural. Natural isn't good. Rotationplasty is way, way better than any of the alternatives (amputation, transderal prosthesis etc). You walk almost naturally and keep more strength than any electronic prosthesis. It's has less pain than an amputation and no phantom limb sensation.
