There would seem to be risk of your site being repurposed as a honeypot by authorities, and investigating sources of requests made to it from their jurisdiction.
- howie-doin 3y agoWhat do you anticipate they would do with this information? To me, it seems analogous to searching news stories or encyclopedia articles since we pull it from already public data sources.
- progne 3y agoIn say Iran? Search the requester for cannabis. In the U.S. there are stories of law enforcement following people home from hydroponics shops and searching their trash, same idea.
