Icelander here, but not a keyboard expert. As far as I know there are mainly two (but there may be more out there) keyboard standards, ANSI and ISO, that define the size and proportions of the physical keys. Icelandic keyboard layouts for instance use ISO, and so what I meant with my previous comment was that other Nordic layouts would too. In that sense, Framework has what you need. But labels are a different story, so in that regard they do not.
