In slack and teams, I often end up screenshotting something,
because the information I want to consult,
cannot be displayed at the same time
I am in another editing view.
This includes scrolling (not in slack/teams, that single thing actually works): Often you cannot scroll back up in history to see earlier discussion as you are typing.
Which segues to my pet peeve: In the dumbed-down modern online discussion forums, the UI and search for finding earlier discussion is horrible.
There is no calendar/timeline navigation,
but just an endless contextless scrolling, where you can scroll back for 20 minutes to reach "7 months ago".
This is annoying on technical forums, where a feature discussion from 2 years ago may be very relevant to figure out the hows and whys.
