  In that case, about 25 minutes two times a week. I'm fortunate enough to have a a couple of supermarkets and produce stores within a five minute walk of where I live. I go in with a list and, since I've been shopping in those places for a few years, I know where most everything is. And, most of the time, I get there just before the store get busy (or just after a rush).
