This may be weird, but the main thing keeping me on my Galaxy S10e (and the Android phones earlier and Palm/Handspring even earlier) is the Note Everything app. I find this a very convenient app to keep text, photo, and voice notes in. It also allows you to backup everything and then reload it in a new phone. I have notes in there from 2010 and before. It keeps its info in a SQLite database, so, if I had to, I could move it to an iPhone, but it would probably take a lot of work which I am not willing to do now. If there was an easy way of moving the notes, maybe.
