Dont give them too much credit, Notice they did not go after any of the big media companies that are just as abusive. They picked a small time organization to target, they would not want to upset advertisers, hell I bet they got the blessing of the big media companies to even go after these guys.. If they really wanted side with creators they would push back against their RIAA and MPAA abusers, but of-course they will not
