Fraud perpetrated against the little guy isn't of concern to the government.
- giantg2 3y agoYou'd be surprised what your Attorney General's office will do for the little guy when a company is breaking the law.
- oatmeal1 3y agoThey won't make sure it doesn't happen again to someone else.
- giantg2 3y agoOk... I mean there's already a law saying they have to provide that itemized bill. Laws don't prevent future occurrences of anything, so more laws won't stop all future occurences. So why do you propose? Sounds to me like enforcing the current law is a pretty good start. Consistent enforcement could prevent many future occurrences.
- aaomidi 3y agoYou’re right I would be surprised.
- giantg2 3y agoMore info for you then. Or have they declined to help you with consumer incidents in the past? https://www.naag.org/issues/consumer-protection/consumer-protection-101/ https://www.naag.org/issues/consumer-protection/consumer-pro...
- rqtwteye 3y agoNothing? Fine them for $100?
- giantg2 3y agoDepends. The have lots of authority. They've helped me with issues in the past. https://www.naag.org/issues/consumer-protection/consumer-protection-101/ https://www.naag.org/issues/consumer-protection/consumer-pro...
