What's crazy about that? It's the best way of tracking requests and seeing where an employee's time is going
- danielmarkbruce 3y agoThink outside developer land. Imagine marketing using tickets for all requests amongst all people in the org. It will sound crazy to them. I think it's a great idea, but I don't think most people would.
- Minor49er 3y agoDon't marketers often do something like this though? They usually track "deals" or "projects" which get logged in a system of some kind
