What stops you from fixing it?
- admissionsguy 3y agoNegative mindset
- xchip 3y agoThat great, at least it is a blocker that depends on you and that you can control.
- sixothree 3y agoPlease though, we shouldn't pretend there aren't things we cannot fix that prevent us from not being lonely.
- admissionsguy 3y agoThis sentence has too many negations even for me.
- sixothree 3y agoThere are barriers to loneliness that cannot be addressed by the individual experiencing it. And yes, it was poorly worded. It's early and I skipped caffeine this morning because of activity. Regardless, some people might not "fit in" socially because of age, skin color, income, or what have you - compared to the demographics of where they are living. There can be barriers that they simply cannot fix themselves.
- xchip 3y agoyeah, sure you cannot hang out with top models but maybe there is a space for you somewhere.
- Obscurity4340 3y agoThis is a beautiful little bit
- admissionsguy 3y ago"I refuse to join any club that would have me as a member"
- Obscurity4340 3y agoYou talked me into it XD

- xchip 3y agobut surely that negative mindset is there for a good reason, it must give you something you value, otherwise you wouldn't have developed this mechanism
- ensocode 3y agogood point. if you are successful it might be the feeling that people tend to always want to get something out of you which might be exhausting and a good reason to hide. Enjoy that!
