- kristopolous 3y agowow! The growth after 2019 is outlandish! I'd like to conclude this is not merely "greedy AUM groups buying up all the housing stock" because that's the X factor but I can't for the life of me think of a social factor which can normalize that trend (such as say, increasing longevity, net migration, etc.)
