iPhone has a global market share of about 20%, and only a small majority market share in ‘premium smartphones’ in the US. Nobody is forcing you to use an iPhone, billions do fine with the alternatives. Apple does not have a dominant market position, an oligopoly or a monopoly and certainly is not illegally abusing any monopoly power.
