  If you go to the crypto communities on reddit you can get some clear information from time to time. Right now the summary appears to be that it isn't that widely adopted, some people use it but most don't except in spots known for bitcoin tourism. Most people want dollars. I don't expect this to be the case forever. The value proposition is just too strong. These things take time, especially in places where the people are very suspicious of government actions.
