Of the little lamer stuff they might be able to do like hack a billboard it's far more productive to use those nerds on TikTok/Facebook/X bot propaganda farms or ransomeware to avoid sanctions. It's not rocket science, outside of a war no one is blowing up powerstations but lots of hackers are tring to hack one. They are already stress tested. Old analysts who've watched too much Hollywood cashing in on middle managers who've watched too much Hollywood is a whole industry.
