Cars don't have a standard location for their charger though.
- Kirby64 3y agoThey don’t, but this is specifically a charging network designed for rivian vehicles. It seems confusing for rivian owners.
- schiffern 3y agoSure, but that doesn't negate the above. As part of the overall design of an EV charger, you ideally should accommodate charge ports in different locations. (1) and (2) should be clearly communicated wherever your car's charge port is located. Charge ports have mostly settled in one "corner" of the car, with a few front/back. If your cable reaches left/right/center, it can accommodate all common charge ports.
