- brewtide 3y agoThey bought mine about 18 months ago. It's been a shitshow since the beginning. The last time I spoke to a customer service rep I told her "I pray every day that someone else buys my mortgage." "Oh, I get it!" She said, laughing. Brace yourself.
- gustavus 3y agoCan we just take a minute to talk about what a crock of sh* this is that your loan can just be sold to some other company you don't want to deal with without your consent and desire, and that it changes every couple of years.
- rsyring 3y agoYou likely gave consent in the mound of paperwork they had you sign when you applied and closed.

- BlackjackCF 3y agoSame. It was AWESOME to get an email that basically said “hey, we had to shut down our stuff so you might not be able to pay your mortgage.”
