ABOK eat your heart out. I just want to know how to tie a bowtie so it has peaky right-angle corners in the middle on the outside edges.

  That has to do with the physical shape of the material, not a naughty knot.

    Okay then, know it all, are you sure? Which knot configuration is it? Are you sure it's not cheating with starch or an insert? I've seen the same bowtie tied differently and looking completely different.

      A bow tie uses a bow knot. It could be double-sided or something to vary the appearance.
