The ones that want a DE that works exactly how they like it. I quickly lose my focus from having to deal with even the most minor annoyances and KDE lets me change the little things very easily.
- grey_earthling 3y agoKDE letting me change little things is exactly what causes me to quickly lose my focus :) It's good that there are 2 distinct, competitive desktop environments, that each suit different people well.
