- qsn87 3y agoIt will probably be a blacklist both sides share. For example Putin and Zelenski aren't targets no matter what. Both sides have enough war traumatized crackpots, in positions of power, with resources to go rogue, but it doesn't happen. Cause both sides have agreed where the lines are and keep watch that their own people dont cross them.
