I thought "Lunch Menu" and "Dinner Menu" were a way to reasonably implement precisely that. On the other hand if it gets more granular... there may be no winning. Budget-conscious will feel they're being priced-out, and the fancy-rich will not go to a restaurant that nickle-and-dimes / seems desperate for every last cent.
