Was hoping for Erowid link edit: this is deeply wrong, IMO: > Upon landing, police officers took Mr. Emerson, 44, into custody, and Multnomah County prosecutors charged him with 83 counts of attempted murder — one for every passenger and crew member he was accused of trying to kill. Clearly, he wasn't intentionally trying to kill each and every one of the individuals with malice aforethought, and there are probably quite a number of other crimes/charges that would more appropriately fit.
