I've been using MS products since MS-DOS in my Radio Shack Model I in 1978. I've been using a cloud outlook.com email for years. Suddenly, a week or so ago, my outlook.com app lost the ability to compose new emails. I simply cannot find the option anywhere. The only way I can create a new email is: 1. Hit reply on an existing email and delete to; subject; and body; or 2. Go to contacts, select a person, and click email to, and then modify the "to" field to insert the correct address. WTF?
