Only because we don’t build more. Remember, even the desirable areas like Atherton or San Francisco had near zero populations a few hundred years ago. New places can be built if we allow it.
- tuatoru 3y agoWould the new places be handy to good schools (primary, secondary, teertiary)? And good enrichment activities for the kids? The housing problem is not just houses. Although that'd be a great place to start.
