ChatGPT worse since dev day?

is it just me or is chatGPT worse since the last update ? And I frankly don't understand the excitement around customs GPTs. If OpenAI is doing that kind of thing one year after the release of GPT-3, it might mean that their moat is evaporating pretty fast too and they no longer have a lot of excellent new stuff to propose. Hence the regulatory capture play.
