Washington produces 67% of its power with hydroelectric and wind is another 8ish percent with wind.
I suppose you can argue with how "green" hydroelectric is, but in terms of CO2, it's pretty good.
- throwaway894345 3y agoOh wow; I could swear I saw Iowa at the top of a bunch of “states by state of renewable energy” lists, usually followed by south dakota. I feel like there must be some difference in how these lists are measuring things that I’m missing.
