Does the iOS mail app do that? Every time I get a new Apple device I have to set fastmail back up from scratch with a new app password, even if I restore the device from a backup of an older device.
- SoftTalker 3y agoWell to be honest I don't know for sure. I don't use the Mail app but I had assumed that pretty much everything on the iPhone was synced/backed up to iCloud unless you very deliberately are not doing that.
- Angostura 3y agoIt’s an option, if you turn on iCloud Mail Syncing. Off by default, I think.
