This requires understanding our benefts, the CPT codes and denial reasons. She used to do this working for a high net wealth family office for the entire family's medical expenses. We were trying to think of a way that she could offer this skill as a service for people. It would require some difficulties with HIPAA, but I think there is a opportunity here to help people.
