Surprisingly, everybody can have their own opinions about what they think is the best workspace for them. I find it difficult to focus in loud places. All of the open offices I've worked in have been loud places. I'm sure there are open offices that are not loud places, but luck of the draw, I have not seen that. If you like working in an open office, that's great for you. I don't.
