Having talked to some nutritionists in the past, I think a random number generator could do that job too.
- lackzinsky 3y agoHaha, well, it depends on who you talk to. Many of them drive results, like weight loss, fitness, or help with digestive tract conditions with loads of clients. You cannot generalize to everyone, there are good plans, and terrible ones. The goal is to make something individualized that a client is actually going to follow (e.g. familiar meals) but also helps accomplish the goal (losing weight). If you copy/paste or randomly generate it that won't work!
