Typing speed is not a bottleneck, staying in the zone is. Training yourself to do less effort / having more fun while writing code is a good way to stay in the zone longer. But it is not enough in itself, tooling (fast compiler especially) can break or improve the flow substantially. I’d say that typing speed should only be seen as an optimisation target once the tooling is really smooth.
