I get tipping where it is an established tradition (like the restaurants or when traveling). But in these new paradigms you mention, you don't have to tip! E.g. food delivery (at larger scale) came to my country during COVID. Since there is no tradition or expectation, I never tip the app. AFAIK, my friends don't either. And it's fine that way.
