I would much rather pay more for items than be expected to tip. I consider tipping to be like all the other "hidden fees" we encounter. Just give me the total price for something.
- hotpotamus 3y agoI mostly don’t tip. I don’t do this by stiffing waiters, I do it by not going to places where I’ll be expected to tip. Which means I make my own coffee in the morning and either make my own food or get premade salads or sandwiches from the grocery store. Works for me at least but I rather enjoy living modestly.
