Can Our Bodies Tell the Difference Between Naturally Occurring and Added Sugars?
- chiefalchemist 3y agoWhen they say "our bodies" it's not clear (to me) whether they're including our gut microbes in that or not. We know very little about the microbes we host[1], so little that I'm not so sure it's wise to declare so absolutely that sugar is sugar is sugar. [1] or do they host us?
