That user you are replying to seems to make a lot of claims and refuses to clarify or support anything. Very little real world knowledge it seems like. There is nothing in place to stop people collecting and selling data of any American personnel, and a large market that thrives on it. At the moment sensitive US people, cops, special ops people, judges, whoever, they are just as susceptible to having their data sold as joe schmo.
