Bezos looks to be a "very keen cyclist" to develop and maintain that level of musculature at his age - probably at least TRT doses of testosterone. Compare how he looked in the '90s vs now, look at arm vascularity and neck size. Not likely to be using HGH though, his head hasn't changed shape much compared to e.g. Joe Rogan, who does use HGH and has a big head because of it.
