This article seems to draw some big conclusions from seemingly little research. If the author had used Yahoo's OpenId IDP they would know you can log in as "yahoo.com" and then choose a site specific anonymous OpenId. That and the charges in the court case being reffered to was just an upholding of the TOS. Hardly a landmark hearing.
