- red-iron-pine 3y agoToyota see the huge demand in the US, but won't have something ready for a few years. It'll be a Hilux-vs-Tacoma thing. The Ford Ranger/Maverick is selling like hotcakes and Toyota can't ignore that market, esp. with Ford's labor issues and Toyota's challenges with EVs and focus on ICE.
