I argue that is the same with tech. Most of these companies are full of people who know how to get hired and get promoted, without actually doing anything, or knowing anything. This is even more so with large companies built in the early 2000s. Obviously these companies run, but it’s all done by maybe 10% of the workforce who actually knows what they are doing.
