In Brazil, the police isn't allowed to do this. The justice system accepts that the perpetrator would not follow the course of action if the government haven't created a hitman site.
This approach by the fbi can lead to some bizarre situations. They shouldn't have that power.

- meepmorp 3y agoNo, this is a person who tried to arrange a murder of their own volition. They were aware that’s illegal and took (idiotic) steps to hide that fact. There are definitely incidents where law enforcement led people into committing crimes they wouldn’t otherwise have, and this ain’t one of those.
- kwere 3y agoentrapment would be more like tempting someone into doing crime, this honeypot is more a public safety service as it targets already would be murderers
- hulitu 3y agoMurderers which are trained in this skill by other murderers ? If someone is born in a bordello the only world he sees is the world of prostitution.
