Google Street View is coming to London Underground stations
- doublerabbit 3y agoOne should ask, does having such navigation advances take away the skill from learning the actual underground in this scenario. The underground isn't hard and that, I find, when you go to any country that to learn the subway it is a stressful but exciting experience. I was recently in Calgary and ended up going the wrong way on the transit. Hey, I may of loss five minutes but just hop over to the other side and catch the other transit the other way. To be able to get to A to B without any prior knowledge other than to know to catch the Waterloo line is an experience. But yes, on the other side for tourists or those outside the native language it does make their life easier. Who can read a map nowadays anyway?
