- kwere 3y agorental yields are not that great outside short term rentals and equity appreciation lag inflation even in the "european capital" Milan
- expertentipp 3y agoYeah I meant short rental eligible places in the desirable tourist spots... and palaces in desirable locations, but for these you really need to be a "member of a family".
