But they are sure heading towards Apple style marketing, with enough money and experience under the belt in future. ---- One thing that they probably didn't see/say but was a good story one could tell ... Satya Nadella referred to initial days of OpenAI where they got some Azure credits to build their product. A few minutes later all developers attending the DevDay got $500 in OpenAI credits. This could have been highlighted as a similar moment in turn ... go build your own OpenAI (startup). That would have been a powerful message I think.
