The problem is that this captures just salary compensation, it doesn't include bonuses or equity which is a huge factor for many jobs(and soon I imagine more due to this law).
- altdataseller 3y agoThe vast majority of jobs do not have equity, even in tech. Also bonuses are discretionary and aren’t guaranteed, so there’s no easy way for employers to mention an amount they can stick with in the job posting.
