- bell-cot 3y agoIANAL...but from the article's phrasing, it does not sound like Air Canada's 3rd-party in-flight medical emergency advice provider (MedAire) provides Air Canada with any liability coverage in case of lawsuits. Just as interesting - it sounds like the cabin crew had nothing but aspirin to offer to the victim.
